Optimum Info celebrates its 15th year anniversary this month! As we mark this significant milestone, we're excited to take a moment to reflect on the remarkable journey of the past 15 years!
In 2009, Optimum Info’s CEO/founder, Arvind Verma, received a phone call from an automotive company challenging him to develop a new Business Management system ground-up. Tired of the “challenges” with their current Business Management system and the need to pay for even minor changes, the company was open to giving an opportunity to Optimum to develop a transformative, flexible and end-user focused solution.
The company did not have a separate budget to invest in a new system development nor offer any guarantee of business, but they knew of Optimum’s customer-centric culture, strong understanding of the business domain / industry, and had confidence in our technical ability to develop a complex solution.
Taking on the challenge with the idea of building an innovative business-centric solution with strong technical capabilities laid the foundation for Optimum Info. In a short time, we were able to develop ground-up a Business Management solution that far exceeded the expectations that were defined for us. While we did not win the business from the company (as we were too small), we did find our first customer-partner in 2010 and have never looked back!
Since then, we have continued to invest and grow the range of our business solutions by focusing on the areas of Network Development solutions in the Automotive industry and After-sales solutions in the Equipment industry, gained several new clients and expanded to other industries.
We now offer a suite of integrated software solutions that help companies effectively manage various aspects of their franchise dealership development operations and their after-sales operations. All our solutions include a comprehensive range of features & functionality and embody our core principles of flexibility, ease of use, and fast performance.
Innovating and solving problems while growing our solutions to meet our customers' changing needs is what we thrive on. We offer a customer-focused partnership model that provides for on-going growth and value of our solutions, encouraging user engagement and adoption.
As we celebrate the 15 years of Optimum Info, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to our clients, partners, and team members whose unwavering support and collaboration have fueled our journey. Together, we have navigated challenges, embraced opportunities, and charted a course toward sustained success.
And in some sense, we are still getting started!
It is humbling to look back and remember how we started and how we have grown. For me it has always been a joint effort – on one hand a strong partnership with our customers and on the other hand a strong team effort. It is this culture that is the foundation of our success so far and growth in future as we continue with our mission to support our customers with powerful & innovative business solutions
